Bi-Monthly Coaching: Individuals

Stay accountable and intentional in your ENM dating or play party journey with bi-monthly coaching.

Together, we’ll fine-tune your dating app profile, debrief experiences in real time, and keep you aligned with your boundaries and goals. Think of it as your monthly relationship and intimacy check-in—so you can explore freely without losing clarity or confidence.

What's included:

  • Two (2) 60-min sessions per month working with an ICF-Certified Relationship Coach, mentor, and ENM/poly educator who has spent thousands of hours:
    • completing coursework, certifications, and workshops,
    • reading hundreds of studies, articles, and books,
    • speaking and educating on every size stage and screen,
    • who has a background of personal lived experience in ENM, poly, and open relationships since 2016.
  • Ongoing email and text access to coach throughout.

Areas we may review:

RELATIONSHIP INTELLIGENCE

We will get to know each other and do a Relationship Inventory to see where you're currently at in your relation-trip, along with getting clear on where you would like to go.

We will look at the Compound Meanings potentially limiting your relational communication in order to create a Shared Language with the Defining Terms worksheet.

We also may review your:

RELATIONSHIP DESIGN

If there's extra time, we can get started on determining your Hierarchy of Exclusivity for your Emotional/Romantic and Physical/Sexual needs in order to establish your Relationship Style (if you haven't yet taken my free quiz).

We will use this to build out a Relationship Agreement customized to your exact needs and desires.
